With JLT out of the way and just a handful of days remaining until the real thing starts, it’s time to finish off our research and start finalising our teams with confidence.
2019 Coach Of The Year
The Nobel Koel Trophy is now in our hands for the 2019 season. The question is, do you have what it takes to become the Coaches Panel Coach of the Year?
Spend Your Time On The Right Thing
You’ve spent hours planning, preparing and trying out different structures that could potentially land you the prime starting squad. As important as it is the team you eventually role into the season with won’t be the thing that wins you the top ranking.
JLT Players Of Interest: West Coast vs Fremantle
The JLT Western Derby: Rushton Park in perfect conditions. There was plenty of pressure on display early with a scrappy hard-fought encounter and plenty of contested ball. The Eagles started to assert their ascendency in the second quarter and blew Freo away with a polished display in the last half,
JLT Players Of Interest: Bulldogs Vs Saints
The Doggies took on the Saints in a battle between two teams who are hoping to climb the ladder in 2019. It was a fairly even match throughout with the Saints eventually getting up. There were plenty of fantasy relevant players in this one too so let’s dive in!

JLT Players Of Interest: Hawthorn Vs Richmond
It was a tale of two halves with the Hawks dominating the first while the Tigers came out on top in the second. Both sides would’ve felt like they got what they wanted out of the game, but from a fantasy perspective we learnt plenty.
JLT Players of Interest: Port Adelaide vs North Melbourne
It was a pretty open and bruise-free contest for much of the game. For many fantasy coaches, we were keen for a final look at some very relevant cash cows and some value premiums, but the show was fell and genuinely stolen by a fantasy footy all-star.
JLT Players Of Interest: GWS Vs Adelaide
The Crows put on a bit of a clinic during the 2nd and 3rd quarters against the Giants as they looked to bounce back from a low 2018. The Crouch brothers, Gibbs & Sloane all played with each other for the first time as well. It amounted to a sloppy at times, possession-holding matchup.
