In 24 hours, the AAMI community series gets underway! So Rainman decided he’d provide for all Patreons an exclusive Team Reveal.

WHY IS HE IN? WHY IS HE OUT?

Patrick Dangerfield: I want to wait and see. I am worried about that groin and want to see how it plays out over the first few rounds before jumping.

Lachie Neale: I am not sure he can keep up the scoring rate last year given his high TOG and then translating that to 20 minute quarters. Will he be a top 8 Mid? Yes, but can???t start them all.

Zac Williams: Need to see him again in AAMI; what is the average difference between him and, say a Hayden young? I am not sure. If he plays more solid mid minutes and, importantly looks like there is some synergy with the other mid rotations he might come in. Some of the unique picks:

Luke McDonald: This position was Luke Ryan, but his back injury last week, although he seems fine, worried me off a little. If, and it is a big If McDonald picks up where he left off at the back end of last year, it is a role that will just bank points. The ball will be down there a bit and I can’t see Noble changing this too much.

Jack Macrae: Everybody is scared of the dogs mids, I just don???t see it. Treloar will be out for round 1, maybe longer. Macrae will play mid, potentially off to the wing, but nowhere else. He is the best scoring mid across the last 3 years, and no one is picking him. I think he is the perfect kind of unique.

Josh Kelly: Man Crush This guy just has to turn up to score SC points, is an absolute jet whos body has failed him, but I am hoping this is his year. Huge ceiling and consistency when he is on the park.

Nat Fyfe: SC royalty that is getting overlooked, with less rotations means he pushes forward and is super damaging there so best of both worlds in my eyes. Will score whether forward or through the midfield.

Tom Green: THIS KID IS A BEAST. Limited games to go off, but I think he has the perfect SC game. A cross between a young Patty Cripps and Clarry Oliver that will be a bull in that GWS midfield. At his price I like him more than Rowell for 150k less.

Question marks:

Josh Dunkley: Keen to see him run around in AAMI to see where he lines up; it may become Danger if it doesn’t???t look great, but I love his ceiling. Jordan Clark: I think he is best 22 at the cats, but I am not sure. Duncan and potentially smith out early help him make his case either on a wing or half back. I like him as a player. The question is, does Chris Scott?
